About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Investment Advisor who can help clients make smart property investment decisions. The ideal candidate should be confident, goal-oriented, and passionate about sales with strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on real estate investment opportunities based on market trends.
- Identify potential leads through calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Present company projects and explain ROI, payment plans, and benefits.
- Conduct site visits and ensure excellent client experience.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team and management for smooth deal closures.
- Maintain client data, follow-up schedules, and daily reporting.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven and target-oriented.
- Ability to understand client requirements and propose suitable options.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and site visits.
- Prior experience in real estate sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with excellent communication may also apply.
Qualifications
- Minimum: Graduation in any field.
- Preferred: Experience in Real Estate.
