About the Role

This role involves identifying and developing partnerships with private schools, matriculation schools, and CBSE schools across assigned districts to facilitate examination participation.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach private schools, matriculation schools, and CBSE schools across assigned districts.
• Connect with Principals, Correspondents, Chairpersons, Directors, Trustees, and school management teams.
• Explain the examination objectives, participation process, and partnership benefits.
• Schedule meetings and calls with school decision-makers.
• Secure school participation confirmations and partnership approvals.
• Coordinate student registration and enrollment for Classes 5–11.
• Maintain school lead databases, follow-up records, and partnership status reports.
• Build long-term professional relationships with schools and educational institutions.
• Coordinate with the Auxsyon team to ensure successful execution of the examination.

Qualifications

• Experience in school partnerships, educational sales, business development, institutional marketing, or field sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to connect with school management and decision-makers.
• Knowledge of schools in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry is an advantage.
• Willingness to make calls, conduct follow-ups, and visit schools when required.
