Entry-Level Life Sciences Consultant

About the Role

ClearView Healthcare Partners is a premier life sciences strategy consulting firm. You will work in an entrepreneurial environment, interact with a dynamic group of colleagues, present to clients, and develop a deep understanding of the life sciences and biopharmaceutical industry. You will be mentored directly by ClearView managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Address critical strategic questions within the biopharmaceutical space.
• Work across a variety of practice areas, learning the full breadth of life sciences strategy consulting.
• Conduct complex problem-solving through a hypothesis-based approach.
• Create templated outputs to support overall project deliverables.
• Conduct a straightforward project or workstream with moderate oversight.
• Create and utilize analytic tools (e.g., forecast models) to support key decision-making.
• Communicate recommendations to clients to inform strategy and maximize value.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Hybrid work model:
• 100% in office during onboarding and training (5 weeks)
• 80% in office through the end of month 9
• 50% in office following month 9

Qualifications

• PhD in life sciences or an M.D.
• Ability to independently manage activities across multiple workstreams (e.g., storylines, ghosting documents, data gathering).
• Ability to provide thought partnership for more ambiguous or complex projects.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative team environment.
• Highly analytical and structured approach to solving complex problems.
• Available to start in February, June, July, or August 2027.

Salary Range: $125,000 - $135,000 annually.

Eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
