About the Role
Video is an essential distribution channel for Supabase. This role will support the devrel team in creating short-form and longer-form video content, managing each video from idea to publication. The position involves working in person with the short-form DevRel on street-style content, with no existing studio. This is an opportunity to shape Supabase's video strategy and learn the entire production process.
Key Responsibilities
- Create video ideas, write scripts, project manage, shoot, book crew, and edit.
- Work in person with the short-form DevRel on street-style content, on location.
- Maintain production schedules, shoots, files, and approvals.
- Publish content across YouTube, TikTok, Reels, and X.
- Analyze content performance to inform future video ideas.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Portfolio and real experience producing short-form or long-form video.
- Hands-on camera, audio, and editing skills.
- Ability to be scrappy and high agency, completing tasks and following up independently.
- Located in San Francisco or willing to relocate.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Interest in AI coding tools and the developer world.
- Technical expertise is not required.
