Evidence Physical Therapy is seeking new graduate physical therapists who are curious, motivated, and genuinely care about helping their patients get better. This role offers structured mentorship, supportive onboarding, diverse clinical experience, and ongoing clinical education to help build a strong foundation for your PT career.

- Structured mentorship: Regular one-on-one mentorship, hands-on training, case discussions, and clinical guidance.
- Supportive onboarding: Guidance as you transition from PT school into clinical practice.
- Diverse clinical experience: Treat general orthopedic and neurological conditions while exploring sports rehabilitation, injury prevention, vestibular therapy, concussion management, TMJ, and pelvic health.
- Ongoing clinical education: Participate in our Clinical Excellence Program and continue developing your clinical reasoning and treatment skills.
- NPTE preparation support: Available to eligible new graduates and Maryland temporary license holders.
- Career development: Opportunities to pursue clinical specialization, mentorship, and leadership.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary: $84,000+ annually
- $6,000 sign-on bonus for eligible hires
