About the Role
Seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support engineering and manufacturing projects in semiconductor operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project schedules and milestone tracking.
- Handle project documentation.
- Facilitate vendor coordination.
- Track project budgets.
- Ensure cross-functional communication across wafer fabrication, equipment installation, and product development teams.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Hands-on project coordination and stakeholder management.
- Project scheduling, milestone tracking, status reporting, and risk identification.
- Coordination across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and equipment teams.
- Experience with project management tools: MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or SAP.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Semiconductor manufacturing: wafer fab, process qualification, yield improvement, and equipment installation.
- Engineering Change Orders (ECO/ECN) and change control documentation.
- CapEx tracking, purchase orders, and vendor coordination.
- Cleanroom operations and regulated manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma.
- CAPM or PMP certification.
