About the Role

People In AI is hiring an ambitious graduate to train as a 360 Recruitment Consultant. We are a specialist recruitment business hiring across AI, machine learning, and engineering in North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn both sides of recruitment: helping exceptional people make their next career move and helping companies hire the talent they need to grow.
• Build relationships with founders, engineers, and AI leaders.
• Develop your own client base and earn commission on the business you generate.
• Learn to identify talent, run screening calls, understand a client’s hiring needs, prepare candidates for interviews, negotiate offers, and close placements.

Qualifications

• Graduate level.

Compensation & Benefits

• $65,000 base salary.
• Uncapped commission.
• $140,000 year-one OTE (On-Target Earnings).
• $200,000+ year-two OTE (OTE includes base salary and commission at target).
