About the Role
Rogers Electric is seeking a talented and driven Project Engineer to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Manage submittals, RFIs, and the buyout process alongside the Project Manager.
- Submit PCOs for review and approval.
- Download updated drawings from GC programs.
- Provide FBO inventory for projects, including site visits.
- Prepare special reports as requested by the PM.
- Respond promptly to daily emails.
- Use construction software as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Experience with construction software (as needed).
Qualifications
- Associate's degree OR 2+ years of administrative experience.
- Strong task prioritization and timely completion skills.
- Maintains confidentiality, is open to new ideas, and is adaptable.
- Clear and persuasive oral communication; skilled in presentations and meetings.
- Accurate written communication with good editing and data interpretation.
- Detail-oriented with strong quality control.
- Adaptable to changing environments and competing demands.
- Reliable, punctual, follows instructions, and seeks feedback.
- Bilingual Spanish speaker is a plus.
