Order Processing Associate

About the Role

Xometry's digital marketplace connects buyers with manufacturers. We are seeking an organized multi-tasker with exceptional attention to detail to join our Customer and Partner Care team as an Order Processing Coordinator (Specialist). This role is key to ensuring an excellent customer experience, driving successful customer outcomes, and maintaining data integrity.

Shift: 1:30pm EST to 10:00pm EST (10:30am PST to 7:00pm PST)

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process sales orders, including accurately determining customer account, part number, pricing, shipping requirements, quality clauses, and terms.
• Communicate with customers to resolve discrepancies between orders.
• Navigate multiple websites and systems to research customer-related information.
• Partner with Sales, Accounting, Legal, Quality, and Engineering to remove barriers to customers placing orders.
• Execute in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment requiring strong teamwork.
• Optimize customer experience by serving as a main point of contact for requests or questions regarding purchase orders.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a relevant position, administrative or customer service setting.
• Equivalent of high school diploma or G.E.D. certification.
