Accurate Marketing Inc. is seeking an energetic and people-focused Business Development Representative to join their growing team. This role focuses on building real connections, working face-to-face with customers, supporting clients, and executing promotions in a retail environment. This is an entry-level position.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support in-store promotions, driving brand awareness, generating new business, and boosting sales.
• Act as the face of the brand, confidently explaining product features and benefits to potential customers.
• Create authentic connections through friendly, in-person conversations in a retail environment.
• Stay informed on brand and product details to deliver clear, compelling messaging.
• Identify new opportunities to reach customers, grow the brand, and exceed performance goals.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• High School diploma or equivalent (required).
• Experience in marketing, retail, sales, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication skills; comfortable talking to anyone.
• Self-starter with good time management and follow-through.
