About the Role

The Program
- Complete three eight-month rotations across core functions:
- Development: Siting, permitting, interconnection, and commercial groundwork.
- Engineering & Construction: Technical design, contractor coordination, and field delivery.
- Finance & Asset Management: Investment analysis, project finance, and commercial performance of operating assets.
- Permanent placement on a team after successful completion.
What You Will Do
- Act as a full contributor with deliverables and ownership from day one.
- Support live projects through analysis, modeling, applications, technical reviews, and site visits.
- Present work to senior leadership at the end of each rotation.
- Learn from experienced professionals with a dedicated mentor.
- Build cross-functional fluency in the clean energy industry.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, economics, finance, business, or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest in clean energy and a decarbonized grid.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data and spreadsheets.
- Ability to learn new tools.
- Clear communication skills.
- Adaptability to new teams and challenges.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- No prior energy experience required; internships, research, or campus involvement showing initiative are a plus.
