Key Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specifications, and revisions, and communicate changes to field teams.
• Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, drawing logs, and project correspondence.
• Assist with quantity tracking, material takeoffs, purchase orders, and delivery coordination.
• Support cost coding, production reporting, and change documentation.
• Coordinate with survey, BIM/VDC, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve project questions.
• Assist with quality documentation, record drawings, and closeout requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.
• Internship or early-career construction experience preferred; sitework exposure is a plus.
• Ability to read construction drawings and organize accurate project records.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and spreadsheet skills.
• Willingness to work at Florida jobsites.
