About the Role
This intern will support Revenue Operations data infrastructure and automation, including data enrichment and management, building and updating data pipelines, and developing automated reporting for go-to-market and finance stakeholders. This role is part of an overhaul of the Salesforce system, requiring updates to data models and pipelines for revenue reporting, and aims to improve scalable visibility into self-serve revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Support go-to-market reporting, systems, and processes to enable data-driven decisions and revenue growth.
- Maintain and improve data quality across Salesforce and other go-to-market systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate customer data from product usage, sales activity, marketing engagement, support, and contract data.
- Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and reporting for go-to-market and finance leadership.
- Assist with data pipelines and processes that connect data across Salesforce, BigQuery, and other systems.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and operational processes.
- Support ad hoc data analysis and operational requests from the Revenue team.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Interest in learning about Revenue Operations, data analytics, and how technology companies go to market.
- Some experience working with data through coursework, internships, projects, or extracurricular activities.
- Comfort with spreadsheets and a willingness to develop skills in tools such as SQL, Salesforce, BigQuery, Looker, or Tableau.
- Strong problem-solving ability and an enjoyment of understanding how data, systems, and processes interact.
- Detail orientation and a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
- Comfort with learning new tools and working across multiple projects.
- Ability to communicate findings clearly and explain the meaning and importance of data.
