About the Role
Reliant Home Funding is hiring motivated recent college graduates to join our Consumer Direct Mortgage team. This is an in-office, full-time role focused on guiding borrowers through the mortgage process.
Key Responsibilities
- Work company-provided inbound leads (no cold calling).
- Speak with prospective borrowers and assess their needs.
- Learn and explain mortgage products simply.
- Guide clients through the loan application process.
- Build and manage a pipeline of active borrowers.
- Work closely with processors and underwriters to close loans.
- Develop sales skills and consistently improve performance.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone.

- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Interest in sales, finance, or real estate.
Qualifications
- Recent college graduate or early-career professional.
- No mortgage experience is required.
Licensing & Training
- Full sponsorship for NMLS SAFE Test and licensing.
- Structured onboarding and training program.
- Ongoing coaching and mentorship.
- Clear path to becoming a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer.

- $75k Salary (Base salary + uncapped commission).
