Job Title: Sanitation Associate - 2nd shift
About the Role
Cooper Farms is hiring 2nd shift Sanitation team members at their Turkey Harvesting facility in St. Henry, Ohio (Mercer County).
Pay & Schedule
- Starting Pay: $18.75/hour
- Increase to $19.60/hour after 90 days
- Monthly and Year-End Profit-Sharing Bonuses (based on company performance)
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 3:30pm - 12:30am
Key Responsibilities
- Clean equipment and surfaces and document the work.
- Remove all debris accumulated throughout the day on the processing equipment, floor, and surrounding areas.
- Maintain a clean and safe plant while adhering to all USDA/AQ/HACCP requirements for sanitation operations.
- Wear proper PPE when using chemicals or cleaning supplies.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Able to stand for long periods.
- Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 100 pounds.
Qualifications
- No experience is required.
- Training is provided.
