About the Role
Cooper Farms is hiring a 1st shift Hatch team member at our Hatchery 2 facility in Oakwood, Ohio (Paulding County).
Pay & Schedule
- Starting Pay: $17.30/hour
- Increase to $17.55/hour after 90 days
- Monthly and Year-End Profit-Sharing Bonuses (based on company performance)
- Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- 6:00 am - 2:00 pm
- Rotating weekends
Key Responsibilities
- Set and transfer eggs
- Wash tubs and dividers
- Pull Hatch
Requirements & Tech Stack
- No experience required.
- Training is provided.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to stand for long periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds repeatedly.
