Job Overview

The client is a growing SaaS software company in the healthcare compliance sector seeking a motivated Implementation Analyst to support the rollout of their CRx software. This SaaS platform is used by hospitals for Facility Compliance reporting. This is a 100% remote, work-from-home position. Selected candidates will receive full training on the CRx software and The Joint Commission facility compliance regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather client information and upload data, documents, and drawings into the CRx system.
• Verify data accuracy and configure user roles and system settings.
• Conduct regular video meetings with client staff throughout the implementation process.
• Deliver user training and follow-up support remotely.
• Manage multiple client implementations simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
• Occasional travel (approx. 5%) to hospital sites when required — typically two-day trips with reimbursed expenses.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) with an excellent academic record.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Customer-facing communication experience a plus.
• No programming experience required.

Qualifications

• Background or coursework in healthcare, compliance, or information systems.
• Familiarity with SaaS software platforms or software implementation projects.
• Knowledge of Joint Commission or healthcare facility compliance standards.

Work Model

• Fully remote.
• Central Time Zone preferred; candidates in other time zones will be considered.
• Core hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern, Monday through Friday.
