Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, create, and manage engaging posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely posting across platforms.
- Stay updated with social media trends, hashtags, viral content, and competitor activities.
- Monitor audience engagement and social media performance.
- Coordinate with content writers, designers, video editors, and the marketing team.
- Analyze performance and suggest creative strategies to improve reach and engagement.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and current digital trends.
- Good communication, creativity, and content planning skills.
- Ability to understand audiences and create engaging content.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and social media analytics.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A proactive, creative, and growth-oriented mindset.
Qualifications
- Freshers with relevant internship experience, practical knowledge, or hands-on experience in social media management are welcome.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation are encouraged to apply.
- Prior professional experience is an advantage, but skills, creativity, and practical knowledge are valued.
