About the Company
The Founders Finance is a Bangalore-based finance partner for founder-led businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets. The team runs Virtual CFO, Accounting and Taxation, Fundraising, Company Secretarial and Advisory functions for companies across consumer and D2C, food and beverage, fashion, SaaS and financial services.

- Assist in hiring

- Work on HR business strategy
What We're Looking For
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree (MBA/BBA/BA in HR or similar preferred, but curiosity matters more than your major)
- Good written and spoken communication
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and Claude
- Organised, reliable and discreet with confidential information
- Bonus: if you can send creative emails
