The Role

We are looking for a proactive, research-oriented and highly organised individual to work directly with the Founder across strategic research, innovation, stakeholder engagement and special projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct industry research, competitive analysis and strategic research.
• Support new initiatives, innovation and special projects.
• Prepare research briefs, presentations and professional documents.
• Coordinate meetings, communications, follow-ups and schedules.
• Track priorities, action items and project progress.
• Support stakeholder outreach and institutional engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong research, writing and communication skills.
• Excellent organisation, initiative and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in presentations, documentation and productivity tools.
• A high-ownership mindset and the ability to work independently.
• Interest in startups, aviation infrastructure and emerging technologies.
• Students and recent graduates with demonstrated skills and a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
