About the Role

Sipaara is an AI-powered BeautyTech platform focused on delivering personalized beauty experiences. This is a remote internship for a Sales and Marketing Intern.

Key Responsibilities

• Support outreach to beauty brands, retailers, and digital platforms.
• Assist with lead generation, follow-ups, and maintaining sales pipelines.
• Help create and execute marketing activities, including social media support and campaign coordination.
• Prepare basic content aligned with Sipaara’s AI-powered beauty solutions.
• Engage with potential and existing partners.
• Respond to inquiries.
• Gather customer feedback.
• Prepare reports and presentations for the sales and marketing team.
• Assist in organizing training materials, product demos, and internal documentation for sales enablement and partner onboarding.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Communication skills for clear, professional interactions.
• Customer Service and client-facing skills.
• Interest or foundational skills in Sales, including lead generation, prospect engagement, and pipeline follow-up.
• Ability to assist with Training activities and basic Sales Management support.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles, social media platforms, and digital campaigns.
• Comfort with remote collaboration tools.
• Ability to work independently with guidance.
• Curiosity about BeautyTech, AI-driven solutions, and the beauty or skincare industry.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or coursework in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
