Finance Account Specialist

About the Role

This is a Full Time position in Accounts & Finance, located in Pimple Saudagar.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
• Handle invoices, bills, vouchers, and expense entries.
• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
• Maintain and update financial records in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Assist in preparing payment statements and outstanding reports.
• Support monthly financial reporting and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments for bills, payments, and other accounting-related matters.
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial documents.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and TDS.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software (like Tally).
• Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
