Key Responsibilities
- Sit in on customer calls and support tickets to identify product shortcomings.
- Translate identified issues into written problem statements and rough specifications.
- Collaborate directly with a designer and 2-3 engineers to build features.
- Define "done" for a feature by setting target metrics and tracking them post-launch.
- Conduct competitor teardown analysis.
- Write release notes.
- Perform onboarding flow quality assurance (QA).
Requirements & Tech Stack
- B2B or SaaS product exposure (internships count).
- Sharp, structured written communication skills (e.g., specs, updates).
- Basic comfort with data analysis tools like SQL, Mixpanel, or a strong willingness to learn.
- Genuine curiosity about user behavior.
