About the Role

As a Member at Growth Technos, you will contribute to day-to-day digital marketing and campaign execution activities that support client growth objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with social media content.
• Support ad campaign setup and monitoring.
• Coordinate with team members on lead generation efforts.
• Help maintain project documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing tasks and consistent quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and performance marketing, with a willingness to learn tools and platforms.
• Basic understanding of online advertising concepts such as Meta ads, campaign management, and lead generation, or a desire to develop these skills.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions, document work clearly, and collaborate effectively.
• Good organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Comfort with using computers and common office or marketing tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, web browsers, social platforms).
• Positive, proactive attitude, openness to feedback, and commitment to continuous learning.
• Educational background in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida during standard office hours.
