About the Role

• This is a full-time, on-site Software Test Engineer (Automation + Manual) role based in Nagpur.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for web and backend components of the QuickAppFlow platform.
• Analyze requirements.
• Prepare detailed test plans.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
• Document clear, reproducible defects.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and DevOps engineers to ensure high-quality releases.
• Maintain test environments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing frameworks and tools.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies.
• Provide test effort estimates.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong foundation in Software Testing, including both manual and automated testing practices.
• Hands-on experience with Test Cases and Test Execution, including test planning, prioritization, and reporting.
• Understanding of Software Development concepts, SDLC, and agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of Testing techniques such as functional, regression, integration, API, and performance testing.
• Proficiency with at least one test automation framework or tool (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, JUnit, TestNG) and scripting in languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Ability to write clear test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and defect reports, with strong attention to detail.
• Experience testing SaaS or cloud-based platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with APIs, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines is highly beneficial.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
