Position: Sales Officer – Working Capital
Location: Surat, VYARA Gujarat
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and acquire new MSME customers.
- Source Cash Credit (CC), Overdraft (OD) and other Working Capital facilities.
- Conduct field visits and develop business through customer references and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to undertake hardcore field sales.
- Target-oriented mindset and customer acquisition ability.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Minimum 6 months of sales experience in banking is mandatory.
- Experience in banking sales, loan sales or financial products will be an advantage.
- Strong interest in field sales, business development and customer acquisition.
- Knowledge of the Surat market is an advantage.
- Candidates based in Surat are preferred.
CTC: Up to ₹2.80 LPA, depending on experience
