AI & Technical Support Intern

About the Role

Enthusia Softech is looking for a tech-savvy and enthusiastic AI & Technical Support Intern who has a basic understanding of programming, strong English communication skills, and an interest in using AI tools effectively. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, and similar platforms, with the ability to write clear, effective prompts and use AI-generated outputs to support technical tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, test, and optimise prompts to achieve accurate and relevant results.
• Use AI tools to generate, review, and refine technical outputs.
• Assist with basic coding, debugging, and other technical tasks.
• Review AI-generated responses and identify areas for improvement.
• Communicate technical information and ideas clearly.
• Collaborate with the team on ongoing projects and assigned tasks.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• AI Tools: Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar platforms.
• Programming: Basic knowledge of programming languages and coding concepts.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a degree in BE, MCA, BTech, BCA, or a related technical field.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to write clear and structured prompts for AI tools.
• Good logical reasoning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to work.
• We welcome freshers and students with a technical background who are interested in AI, coding, prompt engineering, and emerging technologies.
• Candidates should be willing to learn, experiment with AI tools, and contribute to practical technical tasks.

Location Preference: Candidates currently based in Surat who can work from the local office are preferred.
