Product Specialist and Onboarding Executive Intern

About the Role

Cravioo is seeking a part-time, on-site Product Specialist and Onboarding Executive Intern for the Greater Hyderabad Area. This role involves guiding new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and active use of Cravioo’s products or services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, contact, and visit local restaurant owners to introduce them to our platform.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential restaurant partners within assigned territories.
• Conduct outreach through calls, in-person visits, and relationship-building activities to onboard new merchants.
• Clearly explain the app’s features, pricing structure, and value proposition to restaurant owners.
• Demonstrate how the platform can help increase delivery sales and improve restaurant operations.
• Guide restaurant owners through the onboarding process, including account registration and profile setup.
• Assist in uploading menus, adding business information, setting banking details, and configuring operating hours.
• Train restaurant staff on how to use the merchant dashboard and manage incoming digital orders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for new partners during their first 30 days to ensure a smooth launch.
• Track onboarding progress, resolve merchant issues, and maintain high conversion and activation rates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve merchant experience and support growth targets.
• Conduct onboarding meetings, gather client requirements, and configure accounts.
• Walk clients through product features and best practices.
• Respond to client questions and identify potential issues early.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues.
• Maintain accurate onboarding documentation and track progress.
• Provide clear status updates to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong client-facing skills, including Customer Onboarding and Client Onboarding capabilities.
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills for engaging with clients and internal teams.
• Solid Analytical Skills to understand client needs, interpret data, and troubleshoot onboarding challenges.
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding processes, prioritize tasks, and maintain organized records.
• Experience in customer success, account management, or implementation roles is beneficial.
• Comfort working on-site in the Greater Hyderabad Area and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with common office software and CRM or onboarding tools is an advantage.
• Relevant education in business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Mobility

• Willingness to travel locally to meet restaurant owners face-to-face.
• Ability to work in a field-based role with frequent travel and on-site meetings.

Pay Scale

• Performance Incentives: Opportunity to earn up to ₹25,000 per month based on achievements.
• Minimum hours to work per week: 10 hours (2 hours per day). More hours worked results in more pay.
