Job Purpose

Supports the development, improvements, and deployment of Quality Management systems and tools. Implements employee trainings.

Key Responsibilities

• Configures and updates the Quality Management System.
• Supports defining the training plan and implements it on time.
• Communicates programs, standards, and procedures to the quality team and other plant employees.
• Assembles cost control and statistical data in support of quality objectives, as needed.
• Participates in the elaboration of Group tools and policies to measure performance.
• Reports regularly regarding system performance and new developments.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good knowledge of Management Systems.
• Quality Management System Foundations.
• Quality Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably with a specialization in Quality.
• 0 to 2 years of experience.
