SAP Recruiter Intern

About the Role

We are seeking a driven, quick-learning SAP Recruiter Intern to join our talent acquisition team. This internship offers hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and engaging top-tier technical candidates across enterprise technology and niche SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing: Sourcing potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and internal databases.
• Profile Screening: Reviewing candidate resumes against technical requirements, skills, location, and notice period criteria.
• Candidate Engagement: Conducting initial screening calls to assess communication skills, salary expectations, and availability.
• Recruitment Operations: Scheduling interviews, updating candidate tracking sheets, and coordinating with senior recruiters and hiring leads.
• Talent Pool Building: Assisting in building an active talent pipeline for core and niche SAP modules (e.g., SAP CPI, S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, ABAP on HANA).

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree (HR, Business Administration, or related fields preferred).
• Communication: Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Interest in IT/SAP: Basic understanding or strong eagerness to learn about IT technologies and the SAP ecosystem.
• Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
• Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, organized, and eager to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
