About the Role
Finer Edge, founded in 2004, is seeking a proficient Architect to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on planning and designing interiors and occasionally buildings, ensuring alignment with project needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Create design concepts and detailed plans for projects.
- Present design concepts to clients for approval.
- Create SketchUp models for client presentations.
- Develop working drawings and details.
- Assist in the creation of project schedules, specifications, and budgets.
- Collaborate with construction managers and workers to ensure timely and accurate project completion according to specified designs.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency with software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Enscape is a must.
- Up-to-date knowledge of construction and building codes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) or Graduate Diploma in Architecture (GD Arch).
- Ability to keenly listen and identify project needs.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
