SkillsLearn connects people with meaningful employment opportunities and supports employers in building dependable frontline teams. We are seeking a proactive Field Recruiter to strengthen our hiring outreach across Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage suitable blue-collar candidates for open job opportunities.
- Visit training institutes, associations, NGOs, and other community networks to build candidate pipelines.
- Explain available roles, requirements, work conditions, and selection processes clearly to applicants.
- Coordinate screening, documentation, interview scheduling, and joining follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and share regular recruitment updates with the internal team.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Freshers and candidates with prior recruitment or field experience may apply.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel locally across Mumbai and work in the field regularly.
- A self-driven, organized, and target-oriented approach to hiring.
- Ability to interact respectfully with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
This is a full-time, in-office field recruitment role with regular external visits.
Monthly salary range: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000, depending on suitability and experience.
