Technical Support Engineer Associate

About the Role

Hybrid role: requires working an average of 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Aruba, an HPE Company, is a leading provider of next-generation network access solutions for the mobile enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engineering solutions for products, systems, software, and solutions based on established engineering principles and provided specifications.
• Implement established test plans for existing designs, validating mechanical, electrical, software, and other engineering specifications.
• Develop understanding of and relationship with internal and outsourced development partners on engineering design and development.
• Participate as a member of a project team to develop reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality solutions for low to moderately-complex products.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience or understanding of appropriate engineering design tools and software packages.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of material properties and hardware and electrical component design.
• Good written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or other Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
