Alignerr partners with AI research labs to build models for health information, policy guidance, and epidemiological insight. We are seeking Masters in Public Health (MPH) professionals to work directly with large language models. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role.

- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Key Responsibilities
- Design Complex Public Health Scenarios — Create advanced prompts and cases involving disease outbreak simulations, health equity assessments, and statistical interpretation of clinical trial data.
- Author Ground-Truth Responses — Write rigorous, step-by-step solutions grounded in peer-reviewed research, epidemiological data, and authoritative guidelines (CDC, WHO, and others).
- Audit AI Outputs — Evaluate AI-generated health advice and policy recommendations for factual accuracy, logical consistency, bias, and adherence to ethical standards.
- Refine Model Reasoning — Provide structured feedback that helps AI distinguish correlation from causation, communicate risk appropriately, and adapt messaging for diverse populations.
