About the Role
Tierwest is seeking an Entry Level Management Trainee for an on-site role in El Paso, TX. This position is designed to train individuals for leadership roles, beginning on the sales floor and progressing into coaching, recruiting, and managing a sales team. No prior management experience is required.
Your Development Path
- Stage 1 — Foundation:
- Build core sales skills, including customer representation, objection handling, closing, and product knowledge by working with experienced representatives.
- Stage 2 — Coaching:
- Develop coaching and mentoring skills.
- Gain experience in hands-on training delivery and campaign coordination.
- Stage 3 — Leadership:
- Build recruiting, interviewing, performance management, and team leadership skills.
- Take ownership of your own team with support from senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell telecom client brand products to customers in person to build a sales foundation.
- Learn to coach and mentor new team members.
- Support recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
- Assist in running team meetings, setting goals, and tracking performance against targets.
- Gain exposure to territory management, campaign strategy, and day-to-day operational decision-making.
- Work closely with senior leadership on a personal development plan toward a management role.
