About the Role
The General Merchandise Team Associate is a Full-Time position at Walmart Supercenter #1999 in Andover, MN. Available shifts include Opening and Morning.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers on the salesfloor.
- Offer customers assistance.
- Recommend merchandise based on customer wants and needs.
- Ensure Hobbies & Home Improvement displays are maintained and in proper order.
- Paint mixing may be required.
- Fabric cutting may be required.
Compensation
- Hourly Wage: $16 - $29 per hour.
- Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
- Additional Compensation: Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives.
- Premiums: May be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
