About the Role
As a Promotions Assistant at Nomad HQ, you will represent a leading wireless provider at retail locations and promotional events across Louisville. This on-site, full-time role focuses on customer engagement, introducing new products and services, and creating positive customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent a leading wireless brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Engage customers through face-to-face conversations at retail locations and promotional events.
- Demonstrate wireless devices, accessories, and service plans.
- Explain promotions, trade-in offers, and product benefits.
- Help customers compare products and identify suitable options.
- Support customers with activations, upgrades, purchases, and account changes using tablet-based systems.
- Assist with setting up and maintaining branded promotional displays.
- Ensure a welcoming, informative, and positive customer experience.
- Work towards individual and team performance goals.
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge sessions and professional development workshops.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Positive attitude and outgoing personality.
- Confidence approaching and engaging the public.
- Genuine interest in promotions, customer engagement, marketing, or sales.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work weekends and peak retail trading periods.
- Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, promotions, events, marketing, or sales is helpful but not essential.
- Full training is provided.
- Tablet-based systems for customer support.

Compensation
- Approximately earnings $3,600–$4,225 per month, paid weekly.
- Includes uncapped performance incentives (earnings vary based on individual performance and are not guaranteed).
