About the Role
This role supports the functions of a Genoa mental health and specialty pharmacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all consumers and clinic staff.
- Fill prescription orders and make them available for verification under the direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist.
- Order, receive, and store incoming pharmacy supplies.
- Receive and process wholesaler medication orders.
- Verify medication stock and enter data in the computer to maintain inventory records.
- Assist the Pharmacist with pharmacy functions and ensuring compliance with federal and state requirements.
- Perform various clerical duties related to the department.
- Communicate with strong professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Arizona.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Computer (for data entry and inventory management).
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Arizona.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB) (Preferred).
- 6+ months of Pharmacy Technician experience (Preferred).
Hours: Monday through Friday with 8-hour shifts between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with a lunch break from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm.
Location: 1035 E Jefferson St. Suite P1 Phoenix, AZ 85034.
Hourly pay range: $18.00 - $32.00 per hour.
