About the Role
PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Kyle is hiring for a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to deliver, direct, and supervise care to patients.
- Plan, coordinate, and provide patient care, including interdisciplinary planning and discharge planning.
- Conduct patient and family teaching for post-hospitalization care.
- Assist patients in accessing community resources.
- May perform other related duties as assigned or requested, including Charge Nurse duties.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure if applicable.
- Current BLS certification.
- Evidence of ACLS certification required within 90 days of employment.
- BLS and ACLS certifications must be AHA approved within 90 days of employment.
- Current ACLS certification is required for Charge Nurses.
Qualifications
- One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience is preferred but not required.
