About the Role
We are seeking a positive, service-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated Bell Attendant/Valet. This role works alongside front desk hosts to enhance the guest arrival experience. Responsibilities include valeting vehicles, driving the house car, and potentially transporting guests in a golf cart.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival.
- Assist guests with luggage and/or other items.
- Drive the house car to nearby locations when available upon guest request.
- Ensure the front drive is always presentable.
- Stock waters in valet and front desk refrigerators.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- This is a Full-Time position.
- Must have open availability and be able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A significant portion of shifts will be worked outside due to the property's spread-out nature.
Qualifications
- Possess a good driving record and a valid driver's license.
- Refined verbal communication skills.
- Physical stamina to lift/push/pull moderate amounts of weight.
- Ability to tolerate moderate amounts of walking and being on feet throughout the shift.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
