Robotics Trainer

About the Role

The Robotics Trainer will be responsible for delivering hands-on training in robotics and robotic welding systems to technicians, operators, and other learners in an on-site setting in Rohtak. This full-time role includes designing and conducting classroom and practical sessions, creating training materials, demonstrations, and exercises that align with industry standards and safety practices. The Robotics Trainer will support learners in operating robots, performing basic setup and programming, and applying troubleshooting techniques to resolve common issues. Daily tasks also involve monitoring trainee progress, providing feedback, maintaining training equipment in good working condition, and collaborating with the technical team to keep course content aligned with current technologies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on training in robotics and robotic welding systems.
• Design and conduct classroom and practical training sessions.
• Create training materials, demonstrations, and exercises.
• Support learners in operating robots, performing basic setup and programming.
• Apply troubleshooting techniques to resolve common issues.
• Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback.
• Maintain training equipment in good working condition.
• Collaborate with the technical team to align course content with current technologies and best practices.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Skills in Robotics and Robot operation, including basic programming, setup, and safe handling.
• Skills in Robotic Projects Building, including process understanding, parameter optimization, and practical application.
• Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance skills for robotic equipment and related systems.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse learner groups.
• Ability to develop training content, conduct structured sessions, and assess learner performance effectively.
• Commitment to safety practices, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering, robotics, mechatronics, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in automation, artificial intelligence based projects building, or related technical projects is beneficial.
