About the Role
Physion is a growing organization seeking to strengthen its digital presence and brand visibility. This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Executive role based in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day activities across social media platforms.
- Plan and publish posts.
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Support media plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align content with marketing objectives.
- Assist in the execution of social media campaigns.
- Track performance metrics and prepare basic reports.
- Suggest improvements based on data and trends.
- Stay updated on platform changes and best practices.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Media Planning skills.
- Strong Communication and Writing skills.
- Social Media Marketing skills.
- Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic reporting.

Qualifications
- Ideally hold a relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a social media or digital marketing role is an advantage.
