About the Role

The Marketing Intern role at Haehani is a full-time, hybrid position based in Gurugram, with a mix of on-site work and some flexibility to work from home. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in a professional setting, with mentorship and guidance from senior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in marketing campaigns.
• Help create and update marketing materials.
• Coordinate basic sales and customer outreach activities.
• Conduct market research, gathering and organizing data on competitors and customers.
• Support the development of marketing strategies and promotions.
• Help manage communication across channels.
• Support customer service activities as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency with office productivity tools.
• Familiarity with digital marketing or social media platforms.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• A demonstrable interest in building a career in marketing.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills (written and verbal).
• Market Research skills (data collection, basic analysis, reporting insights).
• Sales and Customer Service skills (interest in engaging with customers, understanding their needs, supporting sales activities).
• Marketing Strategy skills (understanding of basic marketing concepts, campaign planning, brand positioning).
• Basic knowledge or interest in skincare.
• Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
