Business Development Intern
XIONLOGS
Role Purpose
Help XIONLOGS identify suitable prospective customers, understand their business needs, and organize qualified conversations so the authorized team can assess whether XIONLOGS can help. This role supports client acquisition; it does not authorize the intern to negotiate or commit the company to commercial terms.

- Find and use appropriate public business contact channels.
- Prepare personalized, professional outreach messages using company-approved positioning and templates.
- Conduct outreach only through approved channels and follow applicable privacy, platform, anti-spam, and opt-out requirements.
- Maintain an accurate lead tracker with company name, source, contact channel, outreach date, status, next action, and notes necessary for follow-up.
- Follow up respectfully and stop outreach when asked or when a contact is not appropriate.
- Ask initial discovery questions within the approved scope and help arrange meetings with the founder or authorized team member.
- Pass on prospect requirements accurately; do not promise feasibility, pricing, timelines, discounts, features, delivery, or support.
- Provide regular, evidence-based updates on activity, responses, qualified conversations, blockers, and next steps using the reporting format agreed with the supervisor.
- Keep prospect and client information confidential and use it only for authorized company purposes.
