Role Overview

As a Global Market Analyst Intern, you will track and analyze macroeconomic events, global market trends, and inter-asset correlations, assisting the strategy and research team in delivering market insights, forecasting key events, and identifying trading opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and analyze macroeconomic indicators, central bank policies, and global events (e.g., FOMC, ECB, CPI, NFP).
• Monitor intermarket relationships (e.g., USD impact on Gold, Oil, Crypto).
• Prepare daily/weekly global market outlooks, research notes, and trading calendars.
• Conduct sentiment analysis, market heatmaps, and global risk sentiment studies.
• Perform fundamental and technical research on cross-border instruments (e.g., Gold/USD, BTC/USD, EUR/USD).
• Backtest trade ideas and identify high-probability setups using economic data.
• Assist in creating institutional-style decks and strategy notes.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Students or graduates from Finance, Economics, International Business, or MBA (Finance).
• Keen interest in global economics, macro trading, and financial markets.
• Strong research, analysis, and data interpretation skills.
• Comfortable using platforms like TradingView, Economic Calendars, Investing.com, or Bloomberg Terminal (if available).
• Ability to simplify complex data into actionable insights.
• Knowledge of currencies, commodities, or crypto is a strong advantage.
