About the Role
As a professionally trained Lady Security Guard for G4S, you will be a member of the security team responsible for securing various premises, including building sites, courts, shops, warehouses, banks, and factories.
Key Responsibilities
- Protect premises, property, and information
- Conduct foot or vehicle patrols
- Control access at points of entry
- Secure equipment and people
- Respond to emergency situations
- Monitor CCTV
- Act as a surveillance operative
- Help identify and prevent criminal activity
- Report daily to Supervisor with all daily reports as per procedures
- Ensure all Policies and Procedures are adhered to at all times
- Adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environment instructions
- Operate and monitor security systems
- Control the entry and exit of individuals, materials, and vehicles
- Patrol on foot searching for any situations or conditions hazardous to the property or safety of a person at a site
- Patrol all outside parking areas as required to ensure vehicle safety and to detect unauthorized persons
- Write appropriate reports as required
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Minimum Education qualification: 10th Pass
- Minimum Height: 5 feet for women
- Age: Between 18 to 35 for fresher and up to 40 for experienced security guards
- Physically and Medically fit
- Mature appearance
Qualifications
- Experience as a Security Guard (preferred, but not strictly required based on age ranges)
