About The Role

We're looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Content & ORM Intern to strengthen ShopDeck’s online reputation, engage with online communities, and create valuable content for D2C sellers.

Key Responsibilities

• Online Reputation Management (ORM): Monitor reviews, comments, mentions, and discussions across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Reddit.
• Community Engagement: Draft professional responses, engage with relevant communities, and identify recurring concerns.
• Escalation Management: Flag sensitive complaints and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
• Content Writing: Research and write blogs on D2C growth, e-commerce, digital marketing, and seller challenges.
• SEO Content: Assist with SEO blogs, website copy, landing pages, and keyword optimisation.
• Brand Communication: Maintain consistent brand messaging across digital platforms.
• Sentiment Analysis: Track customer feedback, reviews, and competitor conversations to identify trends and insights.
• Reporting: Maintain ORM trackers and prepare reports on customer sentiment, response status, recurring issues, and content performance.

Requirements
