Content Writer Intern

About the Role

The Content Writer Intern role at Dhee Coding Lab (DCL) is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The intern will support the creation of clear, engaging content for web pages, blogs, email campaigns, and learning materials related to software engineering and data science. This role offers exposure to edtech content creation and opportunities to grow writing and research skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Researching topics.
• Drafting and refining written content.
• Proofreading for grammar and clarity.
• Aligning content with DCL’s brand voice and educational objectives.
• Collaborating with instructors, marketing team members, and other stakeholders to ensure content is accurate, accessible, and valuable for learners.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong Writing and Web Content Writing skills.
• Ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content for digital platforms.
• Content Strategy and Research skills.
• Ability to plan topics, understand audience needs, and gather accurate information from credible sources.
• Proofreading skills.
• Ability to review content for grammar, spelling, consistency, and readability before publication.
• Basic familiarity with technology or education domains, especially software engineering or data science, or a strong interest in learning these areas.
• Excellent command of written English.
• Attention to detail.
• Time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Relevant coursework or a degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Media, or a related field is beneficial.
• Prior content writing experience, internships, or a writing portfolio is an added advantage.
