1. TELECALLERS
- Minimum 6 months' experience in outbound calling.

2. TEAM LEADER
- 4–5 years' experience in BPO/telecalling.
- Prior team-handling experience.
- Excellent English communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to drive targets and motivate the team.
