About the Role
We're hiring a Growth Intern, a generalist role. You will work directly with the founder to build our go-to-market from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and run our go-to-market from the ground up.
- Get Synapse into the communities and channels where doctors already are.
- Run quick experiments, track what works, and double down.
- Use AI tools, bots, and automations to do more with less.
Qualifications
- Experience in growth, marketing, or community at a startup, or have built something from zero yourself.
- A generalist who figures things out and gets them done.
- Enjoys trying new ideas and follows through on them.
- Communicates well, whether it's a post, a pitch, or a cold message.
- Bonus: Knowledge of the medical world or connections within it.
